LiftFix AI ("we", "our", "us") operates the LiftFix AI mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials through Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In.
Profile Data: Height, weight, gender, fitness goals, training frequency, and best lifts that you provide during setup.
Workout Videos & Images: Photos and video frames you submit for AI form analysis or physique analysis. These are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored on our servers.
Usage Data: Workout logs, weight logs, calorie logs, and analysis history stored to provide the app's core features.
Crash Reports: Anonymous crash and performance data collected via Sentry to improve app stability. No personal information is included in crash reports.
When you submit a video or image for analysis, the image data is sent to third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) via our secure server for processing. These providers process the data according to their respective privacy policies and do not use your submissions for model training. Image data is transmitted securely and is not stored after processing is complete.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase with row-level security policies, ensuring you can only access your own data. We use PKCE authentication flows, server-side API key management, rate limiting, and input validation to protect your information. All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Profile screen in the app. Upon deletion, we permanently remove all your personal data, workout logs, analysis history, and profile information from our servers. Subscription management data held by Apple and RevenueCat is subject to their respective retention policies.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share data with the third-party services listed above as necessary to provide the app's features. We may disclose information if required by law.
LiftFix AI is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
