By using LiftFix AI ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
LiftFix AI is a fitness application that uses artificial intelligence to analyze exercise form, generate personalized workout plans, assess physique, and track progress. The App is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
LiftFix AI is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All AI-generated analysis, workout recommendations, and feedback are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as medical or professional fitness advice.
Always consult a qualified healthcare provider or certified fitness professional before starting or modifying any exercise program. If you experience pain, discomfort, or injury while exercising, stop immediately and seek medical attention.
You acknowledge that you use the App's recommendations entirely at your own risk.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
LiftFix AI Pro is available as a subscription through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies.

The App, including its design, code, branding, and content, is owned by LiftFix AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of any content (videos, images, data) you submit through the App.
AI analysis results, workout plans, physique assessments, and recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content for your specific situation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LiftFix AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to physical injury resulting from following AI-generated exercise recommendations, loss of data, or service interruptions.
You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the App. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LiftFix AI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
